External ring tone. This parameter determines the tone that the phone plays when you receive a
call from outside of your enterprise.

When you select custom, you must select the WAV file that
provides the custom sound in the adjacent data entry box. Section 8.4.5.1 on page 92 describes the
equivalent menu command.
Internal ring tone. This parameter determines the tone that the phone plays when you receive a
call from a source internal to your enterprise.

External call answer. This parameter determines the phone’s behavior when you receive a call
from a source external to your enterprise. You can program the phone to ring normally or
automatically answer through the external speaker or the handset connector after one ring.
Section 8.4.5.3 on page 92 describes the equivalent menu command.
Internal call answer. This parameter determines the phone’s behavior when you receive a call
from a source internal to your enterprise. You can program the phone to ring normally or
automatically answer through the external speaker after one ring. Section 8.4.5.4 on page 93
describes the equivalent menu command.
Call Disconnect. This parameter programs the phone behavior after the other party disconnects a
call. Select Busy Tone to program the phone to play a busy tone after the other party disconnects
from a phone call. Select Busy Tone Timeout to program the phone to play a busy tone for five
