n The Test Results screen displays.
n The screen shows the current values
for APP 1 Volts, APP 2 Volts, TPS
1 Volts, TPS 2 Volts and Throttle
Blade 1 Position.
4. If desired, choose Reselect to return to
the Select Position screen, and repeat
step 3 to select a new throttle position.
5. Choose Finish to return to the Special
Functions menu.
ETC System Test (002)
The ETC System Test lets you perform an Electronic Throttle Control
(ETC) system test.
1. Select ETC System Test in the Special Functions menu, then press
ENTER .
n An “instructional” screen displays. Prepare the vehicle for test as
directed:
- Turn the ignition on. DO NOT start the engine.
2. Choose Yes to continue.
n A “status” screen displays while a vehicle status check is
performed.
n The Select Throttle Position screen displays.
3. Select Normal, Closed, Open or the desired percentage (from 10%
to 90%), then press ENTER .
n The Test Results screen displays.
n The screen shows the current values
for APP 1 Volts, APP 2 Volts, TPS
1 Volts, TPS 2 Volts, TPS 3 Volts,
TPS 4 Volts, Throttle Blade 1
Position and Throttle Blade 2
Position.
4. If desired, choose Reselect to return to
the Select Position screen, and repeat
step 3 to select a new throttle position.
5. Choose Finish to return to the Special Functions menu.
ETC Throttle Follower Test
The ETC Throttle Follower Test function lets you perform an Electronic
Throttle Control (ETC) follower test.
1. Select ETC Throttle Follower Test in the Special Functions menu,
then press ENTER .
