Status, NVLD Gen EVAP Status,
Large Leak Monitor Status,
Medium Leak Monitor Status,
NVLD Solenoid, NVLD Switch,
Purge Duty Cycle, Purge AirFlow,
NVLD Frozen Test Timer and
NVLD Pull Down Timer.
4. Choose Finish to return to the Special Functions menu.
Purge Vapor System Test
1. Select Purge Vapor System Test in the Special Functions menu,
then press ENTER .
n An “instructional” screen displays. Prepare the vehicle for test as
directed:
- Start and idle the engine.
2. Choose Yes to continue.
n A “status” screen displays while a
vehicle status check is performed.
n The Select Position screen displays.
3. Select Normal, Closed or Open, as
desired, then press ENTER .
n The Test Results screen displays.
n The screen shows the current values for Engine Speed, Purge
Duty Cycle, Actual Purge Current, 1/1 O2 Sensor Volts, 2/1
O2 Sensor Volts, 1/1 Short Term Adaptive and 2/1 Short Term
Adaptive.
4. If desired, choose Reselect to return to the Select Position screen,
and repeat step 3 to select a new valve position.
5. Choose Finish to return to the Special Functions menu.
