Fault light is on. • The injector door is open.
• Turret is not recognized if door
is closed.
1 Ensure that the injector door is
closed.
2 Re-install turret.

Align Mode light is on. • The system was not initialized.
• There is an injector memory
error.
• Customer pushed the align
mode button.
1 Verify the turret is properly
installed. See “Changing the
Turret” on page 147.
2 Perform the alignment procedure
to initialize the system. See
“Align Mode” on page 150.
3 If alignment fails, obtain Agilent
service.
All lights are on • There is a board failure.
• There is a firmware revision
conflict.
1 Check all cable connections.
2 Turn the instrument off, then on
again.
3 If the lights remain on, obtain
Agilent service.
