Plunger Pumps—The number of times to pump the plunger with the
needle in the sample to expel bubbles before drawing up the measured
sample amount.
Sample Size—The amount to be injected. The choices depend on the
syringe size specified during setup.
Viscosity Delay—The number of seconds the plunger pauses at the top
of the pump and inject strokes. This time allows viscous samples to flow
into the vacuum created by the plunger.
Slow plunger—Reduces the plunger speed during injection from normal
(about 100 µL/s with a 10 µL syringe) to about 5 µL/s.
