10 Connect the B-2404-P to a UPS.
i Install the UPS according to the manufacturer instruction. Be sure to read
and follow all safety, installation, maintenance, and service instructions.
ii Verify that the power cable terminates with an 8-pin connector as shown in
Figure NTP 106-3 and described in Table NTP 106-1.

iii Plug the optional 8-pin Molex output power cord in to the power connector.
11 Verify the ONT LEDs, voltage status, and optical signal levels (DLP 127).
12 Activate and test the services (DLP 128).
13 STOP. This procedure is complete.
