An error has occurred when reading the tempera-
ture of the heat detector.
Check the connector. The cable between the heat
detector and the laser equipment may be discon-
nected.

The power set by the power feedback cannot be
output.
When interlock is operated during laser output,
this error may occur. If E050 to E054 occurs alone,

The LD current is too low.
The LD power supply or the LD may have damage.

while and restart the equipment.

The laser output exceeds the capacity.
