2. Checking the Equipment Status
LD STATUS Screen
When the POWER STAT. button is pressed on the STATUS screen, the LD STATUS
screen appears. On this screen, the LD status such as serial number, temperature
and deterioration rate is displayed.
How to see the displayed items

Displays the serial number of the LD.
Displays the temperature of the LD unit.

Displays the power at the specied output (7 A) and the measurement date be-
fore shipping.
Displays the power at the specied output (7 A), the deterioration rate (power at
check / power before shipping x 100%), and the measurement date at the last
time you checked the deterioration rate.
Checks the deterioration rate. Valid only in the internal control (PANEL CON-
TROL). You cannot re-execute the deterioration rate check for 10 seconds after
is checked.
