As described in Note 3 above, the display window data of the form file (file name
FORM***.FRM) is simplified. Write the contents indicating the display window
data described below into the description of frame files in paragraph 7.2.2 and
later.

The asterisks after “FORM” below indicate the form file name. (For example,
set FORM*** to FORM201 for file FORM201.FRM.)
