3. Press and hold the [kHz] key for two seconds. Recording will start and the “SD” icon will change to
“REC”.
4. To stop recording, press the [CLR] key and wait for 2 ~ 3 seconds. The “REC” icon will change to
“SD” and recorded audio file name will be automatically assigned.
5. To change the file name, press and hold the [MHz] key for two seconds. The file name screen will
appear.
6. A text of up to eight characters can be assigned to each file name.
Each numeric keypad is assigned to have the following characters:

To move the cursor, press the [DOWN] key to the left, [UP] key to the right.
7. To confirm entry, press the [CLR] key.
5-3-6 PLAYBACK AUDIO
To playback a recorded audio, perform the following steps:
1. Insert a SD memo ry card with a printed label upward facing the slot on the front panel until you can
hear a click.
2. Wait until “SD” appears on the top of the LCD.
3. Press the [kHz] key. The file name screen will appear.
4. Use the [UP] key or [DOWN] key to select the file. To select the next page, rotate the sub dial.
5. Press the [MHz] key to playback audio.
