(3) Remove the pipes and the mass flow valve.
Remove the two double sems screws (M3 x 8) with
a Phillips screwdriver.

(4) Reassembly: Reassemble in the reverse order of dis-
assembly.

(1) Remove the oxygen controller assembly.
See (1) ~ (4) in “6-3-20. Replacing the Oxygen Con-
troller Assembly.”
(2) Remove the cover.
Remove the two double sems screws (M3 x 8) with
a Phillips screwdriver.

(3) Remove the pipes and the solenoid valve.
The solenoid valve q is an NC (normally closed)
type and the solenoid valve w is an NO (normally
open) type, as shown in the figure on the right.
Remove the two double sems screws (M4 x 8) of
each solenoid valve with a Phillips screwdriver.

(4) Reassembly: Reassemble in the reverse order of dis-
assembly.
