the antenna from the stowed position to a point where azimuth movements are allowed. Once in
the home position the elevation precision feedback sensors can be initialized (i.e. encoders). After
setting the Az. Encoders, the antenna moves elevation to within a valid range (core config) to then
set El encoders

7.5.2.3 Elevation down Limit
Only elevation axis movements are permitted below the Down Limit with the azimuth centered, this
is to avoid collateral damage that could result from moving the azimuth or polarization axis
prematurely. The following warning will show on the GUI main window:
