It is recommended that adjustments to parameters similar to the above example are made in small
steps. It is also advisable that a written log is kept with regards to any changes made for later
reference.
Note An alphabetical list of all user level 4 and below parameters can be found at the
beginning of Chapter 6. For signaling devices and other options, check the appendix
section of the manual.
5.9.7.1 Acquisition Redundancy
In order to improve the likelihood of a successful acquisition, a secondary scan & peak sequence (or
tertiary) can be added in cases where the first attempt was unsuccessful.
