5. Is it possible to focus the center of the projected image using the motorized focus control (Local Keypad) ? Ensure that the lens
is zoomed for maximum image on the screen (WIDE).
If yes, nominal po sition is good for sharp focus in the middle of the projected image. Proceed wi
th step 6.
If no, obtain the best possible focus in the center of the projected image u sing the motorized focus control and then turn the
three Scheimpflug adjustment nuts, reference 1, 2 an d 3 image 5-32, equally in or out until the center of the projected image is
sharp. Attention: Keep in mind the turning direction of the Scheimpflug adjustment nuts for
further adjustm ent instructions in
this procedure.

6. Zoom the lens for minimum image on the screen (TELE) an d focus the center of the projected image using the m otorized focus
control (Local Key pad).

If y es, no further adjustmen t actions required. Pr oceed with step 8.
If no, obtain the best possible focus in the center of the projected im age using the motorized focus co ntrol and then turn the three
Scheimpflug adjustment nuts, reference 1, 2 and 3 image 5-34, equally in or out until the center of the projected image is sharp.
Note: the same turning direction as in step 5 is applicable.
