3.3.1 Login
The Login Screen appears after the boot-up process is complete.
8. Enter your assigned Username and Password using the on‑screen virtual keyboard.
9. Press Login.
NOTE:
The username and password are not case‑sensitive. Numbers are displayed when the
keyboard is in upper case. To change text case, use the shift button on the virtual keyboard.
If you leave the user interface idle for a pre‑set time with no activity and the idle timer is
turned ON, the ICEfx System software requires you to re‑enter your password to unlock the
user interface. The inactivity timeout value and idle timer are congurable from the Settings
Screen (Reference Section 4.8).
Additional Login Options:
Forgot Password If you forgot your password, contact your System Administrator
and request that the administrator log in, go to the Manage
Users Screen and change your password.
Alternatively, press the Forgot Password button on the Login
Screen. A displayed message provides a challenge to be
relayed to Galil Medical Customer Service.
Customer Service will provide a response to enter on the screen
using the virtual keyboard. Once a correct response is received,
your password is reset and you are given the opportunity to
change your password in the Settings Screen.
Emergency Login In case of emergency, press the Emergency Login on the
Login Screen. A message is displayed with a challenge. Call
Galil Medical Customer Service to receive the proper response
to enter, then press the Login button.
NOTE: This action does not reset your password.
After successful login, the Start Case Screen appears (Screen
4-3).
