4.9.1.2 Manual Software Update
Administrative and service users can manually update the ICEfx System software via a Galil Medical
USB ash drive.
1. Press the ADMIN button on the Settings Screen.
2. Press Software Update.
3. Select the USB option to perform a manual software update.
4. Insert the Galil Medical USB ash drive containing the software update into the USB port on the
rear of the Console.
5. Browse to select the update le and press Update. A conrmation message appears when the
software update is complete.
4.9.2 Network Setup
Select Network Setup to view and test the network settings.
The ICEfx System must be congured to access one of two Galil Medical servers for remote
uploading of reports and downloading of software updates. This function is only available to
administrative and service users.
The ICEfx System may be congured to use a static IP address or work with a DHCP server to obtain
the address dynamically. Consult the network administrator about proper network access prior to
conguring the system.
4.9.3 Manage Users
Select Manage Users to add users, remove users, or change the password or access level of any
user.
