10-07 Incorrect Response
You have not entered the correct response

Response to the on screen Challenge

Reason for Appearance:
User tried to reset their password and did
not respond correctly to the challenge.
Solutions:
1. Contact Galil Medical Customer
service and relay the Challenge
displayed on the screen.
2. Enter the Response provided by
Customer Service.
3. Press the Login button.
8.8.2 Procedure Messages
Message Reason for Appearance / Solutions
20-01 Cannot Start Test
The gas pressure is too low/high to begin a
procedure
Check that the gas cylinders have appropriate
pressure to start the procedure
Reason for Appearance:
User pressed the Test button when either
the gas cylinder was not yet connected
or the gas pressure was below operating
pressure (reference Table 3-2).
Solutions:
1. Verify that the gas cylinder is
connected (reference Section 3.4).
2. Check that the gas cylinder valve is
su󰀩ciently opened to allow gas ow
(reference Section 3.4). If necessary,
open the valve approximately another
half turn.
3. Verify that the gas cylinder contains
su󰀩cient pressure using the gauge on
the cylinder.
4. Replace the gas cylinder, if needed.
20-02 Argon Shut O󰀨 Valve
The argon shut o󰀨 valve may be closed
Check and open if necessary
Reason for Appearance:
At system start-up, the system detected
gas was connected, but no gas is entering
the system. The argon shut o󰀨 valve may
be closed.
Solutions:
Verify that the argon shuto󰀨 valve is in the
ON position.
