CAUTION. Before beginning the cryoablation procedure, ensure availability of su󰀩cient gas to
conduct the planned cryoablation procedure (reference Section 9.5 for gas purity requirements).
At least one full spare cylinder should be available for each treatment.
7. Ensure the Gas Indicator (Screen 3‑1) displays the minimum working pressure before initiating a
procedure (Table 3‑2). The Gas Indicator should indicate the pressure is within the green range.
Screen 3-1.Gas Indicator
If the software detects that the pressure reading for the argon cylinder is less than 50 psi, a
message displays on the user interface indicating that no gas is connected. Connect the argon
cylinder to the Console.
Table 3-2. Working Argon Gas Pressure
Nominal Working Pressure Working Pressure Limits
3500 psi 3200 – 3800 psi
241 bar 221 – 262 bar
24.1 MPa 22.1 – 26.2 MPa
CAUTION:
When the argon cylinder pressure falls below the lower working pressure limit, the system
displays an alert message. To ensure optimal performance, replace an argon cylinder if the
pressure falls below the lower working pressure limit.
