Message Reason for Appearance / Solutions
70-06 Report Error
Unable to export the report to the USB ash drive
The USB ash drive may be disconnected or full
Reason for Appearance:
User selected Save Reports to Flash
Drive. No ash drive was detected or there
was insu󰀩cient space on the ash drive.
Solutions:
1. Remove the USB ash drive from the
USB port on the Console. Wait a few
seconds and reconnect the USB ash
drive to the USB port.
2. If the problem persists, try using a
di󰀨erent Galil Medical supplied USB
ash drive.
3. The USB ash drive is faulty or has no
space left. Replace the USB ash drive
with a new Galil Medical supplied USB
ash drive.

80-01 Communication Failure
Internal communication failed
Reconnection attempt failed
Restarting ICEfx System
If problem persists, contact Galil Medical

Reason for Appearance:
Software was unable to connect with
hardware after an attempt to reinitialize
communication. If the restart fails, the
system is not usable.
Solutions:
1. Restart the ICEfx Console.
2. Contact Galil Medical Customer
Service if the problem persists.
80-02 Startup Failure
System self-checks failed
Restart the system

Software self-checks located a failure that
required the system to be restarted.
Solutions:
1. Restart the ICEfx Console.
