Message Reason for Appearance / Solutions
60-12 Unable to export logs to the USB ash drive
• The USB ash drive may be disconnected or full.
Reason for Appearance:
During log export, an error occurred that
prevented completion of the export.
Solutions:
1. Verify that the USB ash drive is
connected and has enough space.
2. Contact Galil Medical Customer
Service if further assistance is
required.

Message Reason for Appearance / Solutions
70-03 Report Error
• Errors occurred while compiling the report
• The report may be incomplete
Reason for Appearance:
User chose to access a report during a
procedure or to save data to a report at the
end of a procedure. Errors occurred which
may aect the completeness of the report.
Solutions:
Contact Galil Medical Customer Service.
70-04 Report Saved
• Report saved successfully
Reason for Appearance:
Report successfully saved to a USB ash
drive.
Solutions:
No user action is required.
70-05 Duplicate Filename
• The chosen lename already exists on the USB
ash drive
• Choose a dierent lename
Reason for Appearance:
User tried to export a report to a USB
ash drive using a lename duplicate to a
lename on the ash drive.
Solutions:
To export the report, choose a dierent
lename.
