8.7 Multi-Point Thermal Sensors
Symptom Potential Causes / Solutions
Not all of the expected
temperature sensor locations on
the MTS needle are registered on
the Procedure Screen.
1. On the Settings Screen, select the desired number of
sensors to display.
2. Move the MTS needle to a dierent port.
3. Replace the MTS needle.
4. Contact Galil Medical Customer Service.
MTS needle is connected but
temperature is not registered on
the Procedure Screen.
1. Move the MTS needle to a dierent port.
2. Replace the MTS needle.
3. Contact Galil Medical Customer Service.
8.8 Displayed Messages
The ICEfx System displays a message on the user interface when a user requests assistance or
when user, needle or system errors are detected.
NOTE: Record and report the message number (e.g., 10-01, 80-02) if assistance is required from
Galil Medical Customer Service.

10-01 Login
• You have not entered the correct Login Name
• Reenter your Login Name
• Contact your System Administrator if assistance is
required
• Contact Galil Medical Customer Service if further
assistance is required

Reason for Appearance:
• No name was entered.
OR
• The name entered did not match
assigned names in the system.
Solutions:
1. Reenter your login credentials.
2. Contact the System Administrator for
further assistance.
3. Contact Galil Medical Customer
Service.
