8.8.5 Software Messages
Message Reason for Appearance / Solutions
60-01 Network Connection
You are not connected to the Internet
Connect Ethernet cable or check the Ethernet port
Contact your network administrator if you are
unable to connect
Reason for Appearance:
User selected “Remote upload / download”
but the system was not connected to the
Internet. A connection must be established
to conduct the upload or download.
Solutions:
1. Verify that the Ethernet cable is
connected to the Ethernet port.
2. Contact the network administrator if
unable to connect.
60-02 Network Connection
You are not connected to the Internet
Connect Ethernet cable or check the Ethernet port
Contact your network administrator if you are
unable to connect
Reason for Appearance:
The user selected Network Setup, but the
system was not connected to the Internet.
Solutions:
1. Verify that the Ethernet cable is
connected to the Ethernet port.
2. Contact the network administrator if
unable to connect.
60-03 Network Connection
You are connected to the Internet
However, there is no connection with the server at
Galil Medical
If problem persists, contact Galil Medical
Customer Service

Reason for Appearance:
The Console is connected to the Internet,
but not the Galil Medical servers. The Galil
Medical Servers are currently unavailable.
Solutions:
Contact Galil Medical Customer Service if
the problem persists.
60-04 Update Failed
An error occurred during the update process
Retry update
Reason for Appearance:
During user update of the system, an error
occurred that prevented completion of the
update.
Solutions:
1. Retry the update.
2. Contact Galil Medical Customer
Service if the update fails.
