60-05 Update Failed
• An error occurred during the upload process
• Retry upload
Reason for Appearance:
During log data upload of the system, an
error occurred that prevented completion
of the upload.
Solutions:
1. Retry the upload.
2. Contact Galil Medical Customer
Service if further assistance is
required.
60-06 Incompatible Software
• The ICEfx System software is not compatible with
regulatory approvals
• Please connect to the Galil Medical network to
download the appropriate software for your market
• If problem persists, contact Galil Medical

An incompatibility with regulatory approval

• Error renewing IP address
• Connect Ethernet cable or check the Ethernet port
• Contact your network administrator if unable to
renew
Reason for Appearance:
Renew of IP address failed in the network
conguration screen.
Solutions:
1. Verify that the Ethernet cable is
connected to the Ethernet port.
2. Contact the network administrator if
unable to connect.
