Message Reason for Appearance / Solutions
80-03 Pressure Alert
• Pressure exceeds safe operating limits
• Close the gas cylinders and vent gas from the
system
• Procedure will be terminated
Reason for Appearance:
System detected that the internal pressure
was above safe limits. The system will
terminate the procedure. The user must
vent gas from the system.
Solutions:
1. Close the argon cylinder.
2. Vent the system using the Vent Valve.
80-04 Temperature Warning
• The internal temperature of the ICEfx System
exceeds appropriate operating limits
• Discontinue the cryoablation procedure as soon
as safe to do so

Reason for Appearance:
The internal temperature of the system
exceeded appropriate operating limits.
Solutions:
1. End the cryoablation procedure as
soon as it is safe to do so.

System detected a low battery. System
operation may be impacted if operated with
a low battery.
Solutions:
Contact Galil Medical Customer Service.
80-30 System Error
• Gas pressure display may be inaccurate. Monitor
procedure carefully using image guidance. At the
conclusion of the procedure, contact Galil Medical
Customer Service.

Reason for Appearance:
Internal pressure checks were inconsistent
and may produce an inaccurate display on
the Pressure Gauge.
Solutions:
1. Continuously monitor the procedure
using image guidance.
2. After completing the procedure,
contact Galil Medical Customer
Service.
