• Relay the Challenge on the screen below
• Enter the Response provided by Customer
Service
• Press the Login button
Reason for Appearance:
User requested an emergency login and
received a challenge to be relayed to
Customer Service.
Solutions:
1. Contact Galil Medical Customer
service and relay the Challenge
displayed on the screen.
2. Enter the Response provided by
Customer Service.
3. Press the Login button.

• You have not entered the correct response
• Contact Galil Medical Customer Service for a
Response to the on screen Challenge
