Holding the Roll Feed Unit by the Carrying Handles (a),
insert the two pins of the Roll Feed Unit (b) into the
each hole on the back of the printer (c).

Use a coin or screwdriver to tighten the two screws on
the back of the Roll Feed Unit (a) to secure it to the print-
er.
Lowering the Up-down Unit of the Spectrophotometer Unit (option) Manually
Lowering the Up-down Unit of the Spectrophotometer Unit (option) Manually
Lowering the Up-down Unit manually before printing makes it easier to handle paper from the front of a printer equip-
ped with a Spectrophotometer Unit (option).
Note
• You can also perform operations from the back of the printer without lowering the Up-down Unit manually.
