Operationwiththehydrauliccrusher
Thehydraulicdemolitioncrusherisadouble-actinghydraulicattachment,andshallbeconnectedtoahigh-owhy-
drauliccircuit.
Therefore,tooperatewithahydrauliccrusherthemachineshallbeequippedwiththeDouble-actingauxiliaryhigh-ow
hydrauliccircuitorwiththeMulti-functionauxiliaryhigh-owhydrauliccircuit.
1.Makesurethatthemachineandtheattachmenttobe
installedareonatandlevelground.
2.Makesuretoreadandunderstandtheinstallationpro-
ceduredescribedintheOperator'sManualoftheat-
tachment.
3.Operatethecontrolsofboom,armandbucketinorder
toinstallthehydrauliccrushertothebucketlinkageat
thetopofthearm.
4.Stoptheengine.Releasepressureinsidetheauxiliary
high-owhydrauliccircuit.
5.Closethefeedvalvesatthetopofthearm.Install
theconnectinghosesbetweentheattachmentandthe
feedvalves.
6.Openthefeedvalvesandcheckthexingclampsfor
looseness,andthetubesandhosesttingsforleak-
ages.
7.Starttheengine.Pressandholdtheattachmentse-
lectorbuttonfor1stogetdirectlytothededicatedtab
foroperationalsettingsoftheauxiliaryhigh-owhy-
drauliccircuit.

8.Selectthecrusherpageandsettheproperowrate/
pressurecombination.
NOTICE:themaximumworkingpressureoftheauxiliary
high-owhydrauliccircuitshallbesetaccordingtothe
specicationofthecrusher.
NOTICE:theworkingpressureoftheDouble-actingaux-
iliaryhigh-owhydrauliccircuitshallbesetmanuallyby
theportreliefvalvesontherelevantsectionofthecontrol
valve.
