TRIGger:SOURce
It sets or queries measurement trigger source currently.
Set command format: TRIGger:SOURce <NR1>
Parameter: <NR1>, 0(EXT), 1(MAN) and 2(BUS) are acceptable.
Return data: 0(EXT), 1(MAN) and 2(BUS)
TRIGger:DELay
It sets or queries delay time of measurement trigger currently.
Set command format: TRIGger:SOURce {<NRf>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: < NRf >, the range is from 0 to 9.999 with the unit of S. MIN and MAX are
acceptable.
Return data: <NR2> is in the unit of S.
TRIGger:EDGE
It sets or queries measurement trigger edge currently (rising, falling edge), only in EXT
trigger mode is valid.
Set command format: TRIGger:EDGE {<NR1>|FALL|RISI}
Parameter: <NR1>, 0(FALL) and 1(RISI) are acceptable.
Return data: 0(FALL) and 1(RISI)
LCTest Subsystem
LCTest:SOURce:VOLTage
It sets or queries output voltage.
Set command format: LCTest:SOURce:VOLTage {<NRf>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: <NRF>, the range is from 1 to 1000V.
MAX: 1000V and MIN: 1V are acceptable.
Return data: <NR2> is in the unit of V.
LCTest:SOURce:CURRent
It sets or queries output current.
Set command format: LCTest:SOURce:CURRent {<NRf>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: <NRF>, the range is from 0.5 to 50 (mA).
MAX:50mA and MIN:0.5mA are acceptable.
Return data: <NR2> is in the unit of mA.
LCTest:CONFigure:SPEed
It sets or queries measurement integration time.
Set command format:
LCTest:CONFigure:SPEed {<NR1>|1ms|4ms|1PLC|100ms|500ms}
