SCPI Command
LCTest:CONFigure:RANGe
It sets or queries measurement current range.
Set command format:
LCTest:SOURce:RANGe {<NR1>|20mA|2mA|200uA|20uA|2uA|200nA|20nA}
Parameter: <NR1>, 0(20mA), 1(2mA), 2(200uA), 3(20uA), 4(2uA), 5(200nA), 6(20nA)
and 7(AUTO) are acceptable.
Return data: 0(20mA), 1(2mA), 2(200uA), 3(20uA), 4(2uA), 5(200nA), 6(20nA) and
7(AUTO).
LCTest:CONFigure:RANGe:AUTO
It sets or queries auto measurement current range.
Set command format:
LCTest:CONFigure:RANGe:AUTO {<NR1>|ON|OFF}
Parameter: <NR1> 0:OFF and 1:ON
Return data: <NR1> 0:OFF and 1:ON
LCTest:CONFigure:TIME:CHG
It sets or queries charge time during measurement procedure.
Set command format: LCTest:CONFigure:TIME:CHG {<NRf>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: <NRF>, the range is from 0.005 to 9.999 s.
MAX: 9.999s and MIN:0.005s are acceptable.
Return data: < NRF > is in the unit of S.
LCTest:CONFigure:TIME:DWELL
It sets or queries dwell time during measurement procedure.
Set command format: LCTest:CONFigure:TIME:DWELL {<NRf>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: <NRF>, the range is from 0.005 to 9.999 s.
MAX: 9.999s and MIN: 0.005s are acceptable.
Return data: < NRF > is in the unit of S.
LCTest:CONFigure:TIME:TEST
It sets or queries test time during measurement procedure.
Set command format: LCTest:CONFigure:TIME:TEST {<NRf>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: <NRF>, the range is from 0.005 to 9.999 s.
MAX: 9.999s and MIN:0.005s are acceptable.
Return data: < NRF > is in the unit of S.
LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:ENABle
It sets or queries the enablement status of LC BDV function.
Set command format: LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:ENABle {<NR1>|ON|OFF}
Parameter: <NR1> 0:OFF, 1:ON
Return data: <NR1> 0:OFF, 1:ON
LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:MODE
It sets or queries the LC BDV function mode.
Set command format: LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:MODE{<NR1>}
Parameter: <NR1> 0: Sequence, 1: Stair
Return data: <NR1> 0: SEQ., 1: STAIR
LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:VENDCONT
It sets or queries the enablement status of LC BDV Vend continuous mode.
Set command format: LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:VENDCONT{<NR1>|ON|OFF}
Parameter: <NR1> 0: OFF, 1: ON
