LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:SOURce:START
It sets or queries the start voltage of BDV mode.
Set command format: LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:SOURce:START {<NRf>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: <NRF>, the range is 1~1000V.
MAX: 1000V and MIN: 1V are acceptable.
Return data: <NR2> the unit is V.
LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:SOURce:END?
It queries the end voltage of BDV mode (linked with LCTest Voltage Set).
Query command format: LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:SOURce:END?
Return data: <NR2> the unit is V.
LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:TIME:REST
It sets or queries the step rest time in Sequence mode during BDV measurement.
Set command format: LCTest:CONFigure:TIME:TEST {<NRf>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: <NRF>, the range is 0.005 ~ 9.999s.
MAX: 9.999s and MIN: 0.005s are acceptable.
Return data: <NRF> the unit is S
LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:STEP
It sets or queries the step number during BDV measurement.
Set command format: LCTest:CONFigure:BDV:STEP {<NR1>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: <NR1>, the range is 2 ~ 1001s.
MAX:2 steps and MIN:1001 steps are acceptable.
Return data: <NR1> the unit is step.
LCTest:CONFigure?
It sets or queries all parameters of measurement function.
Set command format: LCTest:CONFigure?
Parameter: None
Return data: There are 22 entries of parameters, refer return method of individual
command for parameter return format. Test Voltage, Charge Current,
Range, Trigger Mode, Integration Time, Customize Integration Time,
Charge Time, Dwell Time, Test Time, Compare High Enable, Compare
Low Enable, Compare Parameter, Upper Value, Lower Value, Contact
Check Enable, Null Enable, BDV Enable, BDV Mode, BDV Step times,
BDV Rest time, BDV Start Voltage, BDV Vend Continue.
LCTest:MEASure:STATe?
It queries the state of measurement procedure currently.
Set command format: LCTest: MEASure:STATe?
Parameter: None
Return data: IDLE, CHG, DWELL, TEST
LCTest:MEASure:FETCh?
It queries measurement result of measurement procedure currently.
Set command format: LCTest:MEASure:FETCh?
Parameter: None
Return data:
When measuring under LC mode and PD Tester function is disabled.
