LCTest:MEASure:VMON?
It queries the 11210 output voltage currently.
Set command format: LCTest:MEASure:VMON?
Parameter: None
Return data: <NR2>, the unit: V
LCTest:MEASure:PDV?
It queries the currently level and times of VPD test result.
Set command format:LCTest:MEASure:PDV?
Parameter: None
Return data: <NR1>, the unit: Times, <NR1>, the unit: Level
LCTest:MEASure:PDI?
It queries the currently level and times of CPD test result.
Set command format:LCTest:MEASure:PDI?
Parameter: None
Return data: <NR1>, the unit: Times, <NR1>, the unit: Level
LCTest:DISPlay:CLEar
It clears the statistics data on the screen (including PASS amount, FAIL amount, total
measured number and fail rate).
Set command format: LCTest:DISPlay:CLEra
Parameter: None
Return data: None
WVTest Subsystem
WVTest:SOURce:VOLTage
It sets or queries the output voltage limit.
Set command format: WVTest:SOURce:VOLTage {<NRf>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: <NRF>, the range is 1~1000V.
MAX: 1000V and MIN: 1V are acceptable.
Return data: <NR2> the unit is V.
WVTest:SOURce:CURRent
It sets or queries the output current.
Set command format: WVTest:SOURce:CURRent {<NRf>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: <NRF>, the range is 0.5 ~ 50 (mA).
MAX: 50mA and MIN: 0.5mA are acceptable.
Return data: <NR2> the unit is mA.
WVTest:CONFigure:SPEed
It sets or queries the measurement integration speed (linked with LCTest parameter).
Set command format: WVTest:SOURce:SPEed
{<NR1>|1ms|4ms|1PLC|100ms|500ms}
Parameter: <NR1>, 0(1ms), 1(4ms), 2(1PLC), 3(100ms), 4(500ms), and 5(CUST)
are acceptable.
Return data: <NR1>
WVTest:CONFigure:SPEed:CUSTomize
It sets or queries the customized measurement integration speed (linked with LCTest
parameter).
Set command format: WVTest:CONFigure:CUSTomize {<NRf>|MIN|MAX }
