MAX: 99.999s and MIN: 0.005s are acceptable.
Return data: <NRF> the unit is S.
WVTest:CONFigure:TIME:TEST
It sets or queries the test time during measurement.
Set command format: WVTest:CONFigure:TIME:TEST {<NRf>|MIN|MAX}
Parameter: <NRF>, the range is 0.005 ~ 99.999s.
MAX:99.999s and MIN:0.005s are acceptable.

It queries all parameters of measurement function.
