Parameter:
Refer to individual spec for valid numeric range.
Example:
SOUR:VOLT:LIMIT:HIGH 60.0 It sets the output voltage range
to 60V maximum.
SOUR:VOLT:LIMIT:LOW 20.0 It sets the output voltage range
to 20V minimum.
Query Syntax:
