43 Silicon Revisions and Errata
43.1 Overview
Table 602 below lists all design changes and errata that are further described in section 43.2 and to
which device revision the description applies.
The silicon reversion present in a device can be determined by the product marking as described in
table 600 in section 42. The silicon revision can also be determined by software by checking the
GRLIB build ID or JTAG version for the design. The build ID is present in the word stored at address
0xFFFFFFF0. The format is bits 31:16 - device ID, bits 15:0 - build ID. The build ID is part of the
GRLIB plug&play information. More information about plug&play areas can be found in section 2.5.
