40.4 Package drawing
40.4.1 Overview
The GR740 is available in different package configurations depending on device type, see ordering
information in section 42. The drawing in section 40.4.2 applies to prototypes using the first version
of the package (package revision 0). Sections 40.4.3 and 40.4.4 show the dimension of the latest pack-
age with and without columns attached, respectively.
