When 50BF_Enable=1, the retrip status will up to the 50BF_ReTr_Ctl settting:
If 50BF_Retr_Ctl=0, the retrip function is disable;
If 50BF_Retr_Ctl=1 ("Without check" mode), the Retrip Logic is activated without checking the
current level or CB position.
If 50BF_Retr_Ctl=2 ("Check" mode), the activation of the Retrip Logic output TRRET depends on
the CB failure mode setting 50BF_Chk_Mod.
Besides above conditions, if the 50BF_ExtStr1 =1 and last for time delay 50BF_Retrip_T, the retrip
logic is met and the relay will send 50BF_Retrp signal. The retrip logic only be used before the
external mechanical equipment has checked the CB is failure, it means that if the status is
happened after the 50BF_CBF=1 and last for 50BF_Fault_T, the retrip logic will be blocked. A
typical setting of 50BF_Retrip_T is 0...50 ms.
