This LONWORKS conguration variable sets the default power-up and restart mode of the chiller,
unless the conguration parameter nciDefaults = 1 (See Default Values on page 59). If nciDefaults =
1, the default values are the values specied during manufacturing. Refer to the appropriate Operating
Manual for suitable variable values.
