Each BACnet compatible device must have only one BACnet Device Object. The device object contains
all required properties and the Max_Master and Max_Info_Frames optional properties. All properties
of the device object may be read, but cannot be changed over the network. The initial instance of the
MicroTech II Chiller device object is 3000. All critical properties of the device object can be changed in
the HTTP Interface. The device object name is rst part of the full reference to all objects in the BACnet
Communication Module.
