Entering the danger zone when machine is running.
Risk frequency
 During machine preparations, when inserting the film, when
the machine is commanded to run in IMPULSE mode.
 During the packaging cycle risk frequency is unforeseeable
since the event is not usually part of normal machine usage.
Comment on
residual risk
The dangerous infeed conveyor zone is not protected by guards.
 For IMPULSE mode runs, the manufacturer adopts additional
safety measures: low speed, press and hold commands,
indications in the instruction manual.
 During the packaging cycle the operator does not need to
enter the danger zones.
Risks for persons
Injuries to fingers or hands.
