Steps
1. Using a Torx T30 screwdriver, in reverse sequential order (4->3->2->1), loosen the four captive (PEEK) nuts that secure the
heat-sink assembly to the system board.
2. Move the four heat-sink clips to the unlock position.
3. Lift the heat-sink assembly from the system board.
Installing the heat-sink assembly
Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
NOTE:
If either the processor or the heat sink is replaced, use the thermal grease that is provided in the kit to ensure that
thermal conductivity is achieved.
