Dell Precision 7960 Tower - Front Fan; Removing the Front System-Fan Assembly

Steps
1. Align and place the PCIe holder on the slot over the front-fan assembly and fasten the clips to secure it with the chassis.
2. Open the PCIe-holder press cover and route all the VGA cables through the routing guides.
3. Close the PCIe-holder press cover.
