4.8.1 Wiring Digital Input Terminals
4.8.1.1 Sinking and Sourcing
The input signal is the 24 VDC power input. Sinking and sourcing are the current driving capabilities of a circuit.
They are defined as follows.
 Sinking  Sourcing
Sinking=The current flows into the common
terminal S/S.
Souring=The current flows from the common
terminal S/S.
