6.2 Lubrication
This section gives a brief overview of how to properly lubricate the drive belts of the dissolution
bath. To ensure consistent performance, follow the recommended steps below:
1 Apply a small amount of multipurpose light oil (Distek recommends 3 in 1 Oil) on the
whole length of the drive guide rods using a clean rag or paper towel.

2 Apply a very small amount of high vacuum grease only on the toothed part of drive belts,
while the shaft spindles are spinning. Wipe off the excess grease with a clean rag or paper
towel.
