Shaft Sensor Calibration Using TempChek

Requirements:

User with Manager level access

Distek TempChek connected to Model 2500 via serial RS-232

Bath appropriately filled and heated to 37°C

Vessels installed

TempChek Connected to Model 2500 Series via RS-232

When performing shaft calibration, a two step calibration is needed to achieve

accurate shaft temperature calibration. Perform a Lo-Cal between 20 to 23 °C and a Hi-

Cal around 41 °C.

Fill the vessels with at least 900mL DI water with temperature between 20°C to 23°C. Follow the

steps below to calibrate the RTD shafts using the Distek TempChek.
