Print Delay
This is an Intermittent Printer setting
This setting sets a delay between an accepted PRINT GO signal, and when the
Printhead is moved to the printing position
If the PRINT GO signal is being received before the substrate has stopped moving,
increasing this parameter allows time for the substrate to settle before printing starts
Note: Increasing this value will add to the overall cycle time.
Default - 0 ms
Head Out Time
• This setting sets the time allowed for the Printhead to move to the down position
• On applications where the substrate dwell time is low, you can reduce this figure
down to a minimum of 15ms. However if you see problems with the start of the
print, or the ribbon breaks during use the value will need to be increased
Default - 25ms
