• Remaining Time
o This figure shows the amount of time left until the ribbon is exhausted
o Again, this figure assumes the current job, settings and rate of production are
constant
o The time is updated approximately every 10 seconds
• Calculation of the remaining prints and estimated time left is dependent on a number of
factors, the length of job being printed, settings (for example, ribbon advance distance),
and the current pack rate
• If one or more factors are not available to perform the calculation, ‘Unavailable’ is
displayed
• Changes to the system are not instantly reflected on the screen
• It takes a minimum of 10 seconds for new values to be included in the calculations, and
up to one minute before they are accurate
