The Health Screen
The health screen provides an indication of the availability of the customer production line.
• Availability: Faults time / (no faults + faults)
• Uptime: No faults time / (no faults + faults + ribbon change time)
Note: The figures displayed should not be interpreted as an indication of the uptime of the
SmartDate X40 alone, but used as a tool to indicate the efficiency of the production line.
• Dead Printhead Dots: Indicates the number of failed pixels detected on the
Printhead
