OPERATION

FILE MANAGER
This menu allows the user to add new stores and manage existing Local
and Printer directories and files. To access the File Manager, go to
Settings > File Manager.
Printer
From this directory, the user can access files and directories that reside on
the printer.
To see available actions for a directory or one of the files contained within,
select beside directory’s / file’s name.
To return to the previous screen, select .
Local
If a local device (such as a USB device) is connected to the printer, this
directory is populated and works identically to that of the printer
If a local device is not connected to the printer, a blank grey screen is
d
isplayed.
Create a Message Store on the Printer
To create a new message store on the printer follow the procedure bellow:
(1) From the home screen select Settings > File Ma
nager > Printer >
Printer Stores > New Store.
(2) Enter a name for the new message store, then select
and select
OK.
(3) Select Home > Messages > Refresh. The new
message store will now
appear in the list of available message stores.
Create a Message Store on the Network
To create a new message store on a network follow the procedure bellow:
(1) From the home screen select Settings > File Ma
nager > Printer >
Network Stores > New Store.
(2) Enter a name for the new message store, then select
and OK.
(3) Select Pa
th, enter the network path of the message stores network

ogin, enter a login name which has access to the network
location and select

assword, enter the login password and select .
(6) Select Domain, en
ter the network’s domain name and select then

(7) Select Home > Messages > Refresh. The new message store will now
