Angle the lower mounting tabs at a 45 angle outward then adjust them so that the mounting bolts will
again go through the flange and the nut will go on the bolt.
Mark the upper and lower mount tab holes on the radiator flanges.
Mark where the lower mount tabs can be trimmed.
Remove the fan from the radiator.
Drill the mount tab holes in the radiator using a

” drill bit.
