Align the door in the opening with

” spacers under it. Tighten the nuts in the door, check the
alignment, then tighten the nuts holding the adjuster plate.
Check door gaps and movement, adjust if necessary.
Striker Mounting
From inside the rear wheel well use an ⅛” drill bit through the center of the door latch striker mount to
drill through the body.
Use the 1¼” hole saw to drill from the front side of the body through the hole just drilled.
Hold the door in the door opening.
Remove material from the doors if necessary to allow a good fit in the door opening. Allow an ⅛”-

gap around the door.
Use a marker through the door latch striker hole to mark the location of the striker on the door.
Remove the door.
Using the aluminum rear cover as a template, center the door latch striker mark on the door in the
rounded end of the latch mount and mark the door with the shape on the template.
